Membership

Membership is open to businesses and individuals who register an account and complete a member profile. AAITO Ventures may decline, suspend or end a membership at its discretion, including where information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

Due diligence and trust status

Business listings and commercial interests submitted through the platform are reviewed by AAITO before being published to other members. Our aim is that only vetted and credible businesses sit on both ends of the platform.

Each business carries a trust indicator. Red means the member has joined but has not completed due diligence. Amber means due diligence is complete but no transaction has been completed on the platform. Green means due diligence is complete, at least one platform transaction has been completed and there are no outstanding disputes.

AAITO as broker

For transactions arranged through the platform, AAITO acts as the broker between buyer and seller to maintain trust and to help ensure that goods are delivered and payments are received. Commercial terms, fees and protections applicable to a transaction are agreed in writing before it proceeds.

If you decide to connect with a partner outside of the platform, AAITO cannot provide any commercial protection on product, services or payment, and any such dealing is entirely at your own risk.

Member obligations

Members must provide accurate information, hold the licences and permits required for their trade, comply with applicable export, import, sanctions and anti bribery laws, and deal fairly with other members.

Members may not list goods or services they are not authorised to supply, or use the platform to solicit members for unlawful or misleading purposes.

Listings and content

You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant AAITO permission to display your approved listing to signed-in members. AAITO may edit, decline, unpublish or remove a listing at any time.

Disputes

Disputes on platform transactions should be raised with AAITO promptly. An open dispute is reflected in the trust indicator until it is resolved.

No investment advice

Information on this site, including opportunity figures, is illustrative and is not regulated securities or investment advice except where delivered through appropriately licensed partners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AAITO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and is not responsible for dealings members conduct outside the platform.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance.
